I backed up my documents and address book to cd before re-formating my hard drive. On re-loading my operating system and re-installing my documents and address book, my address book would not open. My e-mails I had backed up to disk also will not let me open. Can anyone suggest a solution to this dilema?
Did you export the address book. if so what extention?.Are you saying that the files are corrupt and you cannot read them from the CD or you cannot import them to Outlook?.How di you back-up the files?
