Adding a new permanent desktop background image

  firegamp 21:41 09 Oct 2008

I have right-clicked images in My Pictures and chosen "Set as Desktop Background". This puts the picture straight onto my desktop as I wanted, replacing the Microsoft pic already there. However, if I go through the same steps, with a different image, the previous one vanishes from the Change Background list in Control Panel, replaced by the newly-clicked one, which is now the new screen background. Can someone please tell me: how can I make a just-chosen picture remain on the list for future choosing? I am on XP Pro. Firegamp
