I have bought was is in essence a bare bones system. Now adding the extra RAM and, sound card and graphics card is not a problem but I want to add an extra 80GB Hard Drive. I need some cabling but what? I want to buy the HD and sound card from click here as the prices seem reasonable. Can anyone please tell me what I need to buy. I would be eternally grateful.

you may need a new IDE cableclick here with 3 connectors so you can add on to your cd-rom/cd-rw/dvd-rewriter drives

for a bit of colour in your drive click here

If you want the new drive to work ensure that the jumper pins on the back are set to slave, thats if you are using it as a back up.

Or if the new one is going to have the O/S on it ensure that its set to slave
