Ad Aware and Spybot scans

  heavymetalkid 16:15 05 Feb 2006

I run regular Ad Aware and Spybot scans and always find"threats" on both ,which I remove. However, even after the computer hasn't been used and I run a check soon after removal, I always find more spyware. For example, I ran a check on Spybot last night and cleared all the problems. Turned my machine on this morning, ran Spybot again and two more threats "appeared....."Avenue A Inc"....and "Doubleclick". Can anyone advise?

Greetings again Rawprawn and Vog. Just checked Sptbot again and, I think it was my mistake; I didn't click on the threat before clicking remove. I'm an idiot. Thanks for your help both. Andy
