Acer Aspire 6930G - Windows boot problem?

(sorry for the really long post but its kinda complicated)

Okay to start with I bought the acer almost a year ago. Its still under guarantee but I would rather not have to take it in.

So on friday I came home from School turned my Acer on (it was working perfectly the night before) and I got the blue screen of death. I tried everything, safe mode etc etc. I loaded up my windows 7 home premium CD and selected repair. It worked for perhaps a hour before telling me it failed to repair it. Next I decided to try and reinstall windows. i to the point where it asked for the Cd key. I typed it in just to be told it was invalid.

Once I had done all that it no longer does the blue screen of death but it boots up the laptop you see the windows 7 logo then the screen went black and nothing could be seen APART from the cursor. This morning when I tried again now I just get a black screen then it restarts again.

What is wrong? I can't figure it out at all!!!
