For some reason my "Start/All programs" does not display all programs. That is not disasterous but Accessories is missing and therefore lots of useful tools difficult to find. Is there a way of rebuilding "All programs" or a way of adding Accessories on its own?

Control Panel>Add Remove Programs>(tab) add Windows components. Have your CD to hand.

That didn't work but on looking at what the Windows Accessories were that is not what I am looking for. Not having them I find it difficult to describe, but if you look at your own Start/All Programs - Accessories you will see the sort of technical tools that I now have to find by searching separately.
