You bought the wrong adapter so that's why it doesn't work. I've had a good look, but I can't find with 100% certainty, a USB adapter that'll fit your specific storage device: You may need to pop into your local Mac store and ask them for advice. I'm presuming that because it's a drive used by Apple that it is therefore proprietary and I will need to speak to them about it. Damn it! This thread is now locked and can not be replied to.
