I have tried every thing i can to get rid of this home page hi-jaker to no effect. I have even downloaded a $35.00 NoAdware package, but it hasn't touched it. Its stopping me accessing my hotmail account. Please help me if you can, Iv got 17 important emails to get through. Many thanks and a happy new year to you all.

Hi, yes i ticked resolved, but i accidently ticked the wrong one. this one is a real pain. I have tried the coolweb shredder to no effect, and adware assasin. Nothing seems to kill it. thanks for your advice.

I think that we will have to set Nellie2 to work on this one. First, please post a HijackThis log.

How to use it click here

You may need to do this in two or more sections because of the 800 word limit here. Be sure to include the header information at the top which lists your operating system etc. Please double space it by adding a blank line every other line.
