Avery do A4 (or near enough) self adhesive labels but be aware that they are very difficult to use without getting wrinkles on the finished surface.

You may be better using an ordinary heavyweight paper then spraying with 3M Spraymount and apply the backing to the sheet (rather than the sheet to the backing - if you see the difference).

I use stickyjet click here , its clear and you just print what you want with your inkjet.

One word of warning, its not waterproof as inkjet ink isn't waterproof, if you do need it to be waterproof or water resistant or whatever you need to give it a thin coat of varnish or whatever.

I don't know of a white version of this but there might well be one.

I should think sell you a few sheets - it is common enough in various grades/colours- such as
Takytite for permanent adhesion and
TakyPeel for ease of removal.
As mentioned lay the printed side face down and apply the backing - if possible
But most brands come with partly slit or 'crackback'
backing for ease of application
