good price indeed. I have a 16mb jobbie - - won it in a competition at work and thought " blimey, this will come in handy - - quite a size hike from the old floppy".
Guess what, ain't had a need top use it yet - - though I am blaming the fact that I use w95 at work ( !!!) and it ain't goy USB ports.
Am convinced I will need it one day though - - -but have been saying that for 20 years about the 'ping-pong' tennis game thats been in my loft since the year dot .

Seriously , good link mate.

at microdirect.co.uk you can get a tiny branded 256mb pen drive for ?41.00 plus vat.

That works out much cheaper.

Office - - thats good service by any standards, will have a browse of the site when I get a minute.
mrdsgs - yep, 256 for 41 squids does work out a tad cheaper, though I feel that a file(s) needing that kind of space would not be wasted on a CD.
I think the market for these devices was for files requiring more than a floppy and less then a CD - -and they do certainly fall into that market. Ain't arguing with you though, 41 pounds (when will they get this sign sorted ???) is a very good price for the 256mb jobbie.

Only per MB total...:-)

If you only need 64MB, then spending £41 on a larger one work out nearly three times more expensive...:-)

I only need 64mb. That's plenty for me. So I'm happy with my purchase.
