569 No data error in Internet Explorer

I have over the past few days been getting the following error while in the PCA forum:

569 No data
This web page could not be opened with the speciified browser request.
Please try again later.

This only seems to happen while browsing these forums so is the PCA server overloaded?
I thought that when a server was overloaded you got a 'CGI limit threshold exceeded error'?

I normally click refresh (F5) and the webpage displays the second time - does anyone else get these error messages?

Does anybody else find it slow accessing this forum?
I think that is what led to the error above.

Oh Thanks - I was beginning to wonder if my PC was playing up but everything seems okay on other websites!
I forgot to mention that I am on 512k broadband and not dial-up!

I'm on 1Mbps at home and 2Mbps at the studio. They're both as bad when accessing PCA - everywhere else is OK.
