I have just formated my computer and changed Broadband ISP at the same time. I can't get Mercury to send messages I get failed messages "550-direct deliveries from this dynamic/dialup ip refused, use your ISP's smarthost". I am using Tesco Broadband is it a problem with them or my system. I have checked my Mercury setting against someone else and they are the same (his is working).
