4010CDS & Network Card

  Hackwatch 11:50 29 Mar 2007

I have a Toshiba S4010CDS Laptop which does not have a network point.
Is it possible to get a card to fit in the Laptop?
If so what type/speed?

Thanks in advance.

Forgot to add it's a Pentium 2 233MHz with 96MB RAM.
With Dual-Boot Windows 2000Pro & 98SE.
Wanted to get it on a small network to practice networking.

Problem solved, 32bit card will work.

I have a 4030 and mine only takes 16 bit PCMCIA cards. However they work well.

The info from the manual states the folowing:
The Laptop is equipped with a PC card (PCMCIA) expansion slot that can accommodate two 5mm Type II cards or one 10.5 mm Type III card. Any PC card that meets industry standards (manufactured by Toshiba or other vendor) can be installed. The slots support 16-bit PC cards, including PC Card 16's multifunction card and CardBus PC cards.

CardBus supports the new standard of 32-bit PC Cards. The bus provides superior performance for the greater demands of multimedia data transmission.

Is it possible to get a 16 bit card then??
