2100: Detection error on HDD0

I have Lenovo laptop which getting 2100:Detection error on HDD0. What does it means? I couldn't get into windows.

seems to be a common problem with lennovo laptops if it is a thinkpad yoga popping over to lennovo support and downloading chipset and IRST drivers then updating may be the way forward. install chipset 1st then IRST

Devil Fish, I can't see how the OP will be able to download and update the "chipset and IRST drivers" when the laptop is unbootable ;)

suren2324, the first thing you need to do is to go into the Lenovo's BIOS and see if the hard drive is present. If it isn't then remove it and reconnect it. If the BIOS does show a hard drive then anecdotal reports suggest that running the HDD diagnostics (for some strange reason) kick-starts the drive into working again. You should be able to access that utility from the BIOS options
