I hope one of you can help me on this one!?
I installed BT openworld broadband a few days ago.Since then it seems I have 2 different versions of windows running on my PC.
How can I find out if I have?and how can I go back to just 1 version?
I am running win 98se

Installing the BT software should not make you have two versions of Windows. Any software would not do this.

What makes you think you have two versions running?

Does it saying something, somewhere?

What indications do you have that you have two versions of Windows installed?

"Thank you for your reply. When I look at my files I have 2 of everything!"

Is this personal files, that are kept in "My Documents"?

Or is it for every file that is on the drive? If you go start > Run and type: C:\Windows and click ok.

Do all folders appear twice and if you click a folder do the files appear twice?
