Stardew Valley won't load because of graphics card

  Snapist 13:14 23 Jan 2017

When I try to play Stardew Valley, the computer tells me that there's "No suitable graphics card found.

Unable to create the graphics device.

I've looked into the computer specs needed and it just needs 256MB memory graphics card with a shader model 3.0+. I have a 5.0 pixel shader and much more than 256MB memory, but it's all shared. I'm also fine running games like Skyrim and Terraria. Do I need it to be dedicated or something. Is there a difference between pixel shader and shader model? Do I just a better graphics card. Please help.
