Need help upgrading my Gaming PC

Hi guys, I need some advice. I'm upgrading my pc. I've already upgraded my GPU. I wonder if I should change my motherboard or CPU. I'm worried they may be bottlenecking. Also, on long gaming sessions, while my card is on like 67°C, my processor may reach 76°C or more. On the side note, is the any way I can mount my GPU fans facing outward? Would it affect performance/cooling? My current specs are Asus ranger VIII motherboard I7 6700 16GB Corsair DDR4 vengeance 2080ti Aorus Xtreme I have a main nmve ssd
