I need advice on my first gaming build

This is my plan for a gaming pc and I want to know if the components I am going to assemble ok.

MSI Z97 PC Mate Motherboard, Intel i5 4690K Haskell Refresh Socket 1150, Quad Core, 3.5GHz Base 3.9GHz Turbo 1200MHz GPU, Asus NVIDIA GTX 750 Ti Overclocked Graphics Card, Corsair 8GB DDR3 1866MHz Vengeance Kit - Intel Haskell, Cooler master Nepton 240M AIO Hydro/Water CPU Cooler, Corsair CX750 Builder Series CX 750W ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Bronze PSU, CiT Vanquish red gaming Case midi.

Also is it ok if I were to have my cooler master to be exhaust, it's going to be at the top inside the gaming case (just curious)?

I forgot to mention the reason why I want the cooler master to be exhaust is, I'm going to have a fan at the front of the gaming case which intakes cool air and another fan at the back of the case that takes out the heat, plus another fan at the side of the case that also intakes cool air (if that makes any sense).
