Call of Duty: World at War error

I got CoD:WaW a day before release and decided to go check out single player. I played non-stop until I got to the "Ring of Steel" mission. Completed it, began loading the next level and just as I'm about to start the level it comes up with a Call of Duty console window and shows a list of errors which appear to be from a scripted scene at the begining of the level.
Finishing with:
'0' is not a valid value for dvar 'bg_shock_viewKickPeriod'
'0' is not a valid value for dvar 'bg_shock_soundFadeInTime'
'0' is not a valid value for dvar 'bg_shock_soundFadeOutTime'
Domain is any number from 0.001 to 1000

probably the game to blame, all games get patches to fix errors, check web to see if others have the same or similar problem.
