4k gaining build! is this capable of that???

Hi, just wording if someone could tell me if this desktop would be suitable for 4k/vr gaming? Any ideas on changing parts ect.... please feel free to let me know. I am new to all building and gaming on desktops. Currently trying to swap from xbox one and wanting to build a pc capable of 4k/vr technology Thanks
