I'm paying 50 quid a month for phone, broadband and minimum TV content, now even more minimum.
I don't use the landline at all, I can receive enough TV on Freeview to satisfy my minimal viewing habits, so I'm left paying way over the odds for my broadband. So if they don't resolve it soon, I'll be switching broadband supplier and getting a Freeview feed put into the living room.
There are plenty of VM customers leaving VM for sky who are offering "more discount to VM customers" so I read on the forums,I would not be surprised if negotiations are still underway as rumour suggests the BBC don't wish to lose out on over £100 million
Meanwhile have you phoned VM customer service? Try it I have and was given a £20 a month reduction to stay with VM
