I got the above text message on my Virgin mobile this evening. Is it a scam?

Sounds like your all using the old red SIM's running on the EE network and EE have changed their network configuration, so the new configuration wants to download on your phone's?.

I did a restart and all seems ok. Will checkout my phone's usuage/status on the Virgin website later.
