Samsung Galaxy S2 how to unroot to factory settings?

  mik61ish 04:58 16 Feb 2014

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-19100, which is currently rooted CyanangenMod Android version 4.4.2. Is it possible to do a factory reset in the phone settings as the internal memory is full and I can't seem to clean it ! And I am having probs with my 32gb sd card after reformatting etc camera won't work Your SD card is running out of space. Change the quality setting or delete som images or other files. I have googled but there is a mirage of answers and theories which don't seem to get me any where!
