Reduce amount of leads connecting TV and Sky

From my wall mounted tv arial socket I have a splitter to connect an aerial direct to telly and also to an IO adaptor (connected to my sky box which doesn't have an RF2). I need the adaptor to connect to my second TV. Trouble is the splitter fits into wall socket very loosely and is easily knocked out. All splitters are the same so unfortunately it's just the design. Anyone know if you get different types of splitters (I can't find any btw) and/or if there are any other better ways of connecting up / streamlining and reducing number of leads required to connect sky and TV up please? Thanks
