Recovering all data from a phone.

Hi all, my daughters Galaxy S6 is failing to charge properly but it will last for a while. Her contract is with Vodaphone and expires in 2 or 3 weeks and she does not wish to renew it (endless problems) so wants a new phone and new contract from a different company.

Her concern is that unless she acts quickly she may lose all her photos and messages on her existing phone or not be able to tranfer them to the new phone.

Any suggestions please.

As for media files you can take backup on G drive as well. I would recommend you to consult with nearest tech savvy person, if the data is important.
