Pioneer CD recorder prob

  postie24 18:19 23 Jul 2007

I have a Pioneer PDR-609 CD recorder. Its about 5 years old and havnt used it for 2 years.Just decided to transfer some of my records to cd and an error occurs.
It says the "loaded disc is for professional use without the consumer use designation, load a disc for consumer use"
It used to work fine but cant remember what make media i used back then, ive tried 3 different make media so far with the same result.
Does anyone else have this model? and if so,what make media is it compatible with.
Many thanks

You are using the wrong, (or a copyrighted) cd..... Is it vety old? They can become unusable after a while.

List of compatable discs, then run a good quality lens cleaner in the machine.
