Hi There; I am stumped. I have an address book on my laptop in Microsoft Outlook. I got a new Sony XZ1 phone. For 10 days now I have been trying to figure out how to load this address book onto my new phone. NO LUCK. Does anybody know how to do this? Is there an app I can use

On any smartphone what can't be done stock can be done via apps.

Open the Google Play store and search for "CSV to contacts" this will bring up several applications that can do what you're after.

Alternatively you can also export your Outlook contacts as a VCF file which Android understands natively.

In the contacts on your phone you simply import the saved VCF and the contacts are added.
