How to swap mic sound with internal sound?

Ok I think the question is badly formatted so let me explain the best I can... I make timelapse videos of my drawings, and generally trying to promote my art projects like many many other people out there. My problem rises when I want to do some live sessions in several social media or other sites/apps that provide live broadcasts. I live with my mom and brother and my dad is here most of the time, so the house is loud (we're also Greeks :D), the house is small and there's no way I can find a quiet place, at least not enough. So finally, my question is if there's a way to block my phone's mic and make the phone play music internally during the live streams. So the viewer can listen to nice quality music and not bad sounding music from an external speaker of a laptop/pc etc mixed with noises of the house!

If you're worried about your microphone being used to record audio surreptitiously—or you'd like to do something simple like record a video without sound—Mute Mic can block other apps from using your mic, without worrying about any noise (click here from the background?

I tried doing that but I faced issues on Instagram live. I could go live but people couldn't watch, and when I ended the broadcast and tried to replay it, it wouldn't play. I doublechecked with the mic enabled and everything went right. I suppose Instagram wants you to use sound or doesn't allow live without any sound input? I'm not sure. But thanks anyway for the reply!
