Hello, i have just got a new moto g4 phone, put music on it via usb cable , trying to transfer music from the music folder to the ringtone folder, but i keep getting this message, waiting - moto g4 is busy, i have done this without problems with every other phone i have had, i googled for an answer, one thing that came up was to put the files from phone onto computer then back to music folder, then into ringtone folder, couldnt quite work out how that would work as they came from computer in first place, but tried it, didnt work, if anyone can shed some light on this , much appreciated, thanks.

If copy/paste doesn't work I would be surprised if drag and drop did, since it effectively does the same thing.

You may need to either enable MTP or USB Debugging

Alternatively download a File Manager from the Play Store e.g. ES File Explorer and configure that to transfer files via WiFi.
