Deducting money from mobile accounts

  bridge+ 13:53 18 Nov 2013

I have an Apple I5 Internet capable mobile. My mobile company sends a regular text saying they have deduced £1.00 from my account (minimum £20 taken so far) so I can surf the net until midnight using 50MB. I have contacted them saying I do not use the net, I have an iPad and an Apple laptop for that purpose and could they please stop deducting £1.00, especially since it is without my permission, and for a purpose that is not used – they refused. This, in my opinion, is daylight robbery ; all comments most welcome.

Have you turned of the internet connection on your I phone?

Settings > General > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network and then turn off Mobile Data.

Source and More information

Also if internet connection not disabled then usage can be for emails, Apps updates etc.
