Which laptop for productivity and some gaming (Word of Warcraft etc.)

Hi, I'm looking to get a new laptop in the near future as my Sony i7 has given me many problems over the last couple of years. I'm not looking for a dedicated gaming laptop as I only play games like World of Warcraft. I don't think that I'd need a dedicated graphics card for this. Apart from playing games, I need the laptop for productivity - Word, Excel and email applications. The top end of my budget would be £1,000, but I think there are better deals available? I've heard a lot about Asus and Lenovo in recent times. Thanks for any advice you may be able to give me.
