Wheres my VGA RAM

Hiya all I have just brought a Zalman ZM80D-HP Heatpipe Cooler for my GeForce FX 5600 256mb

The first thing it says is to attach the VGA RAM Heat Sinks. The only problem is I am not to sure where the VGA RAM is. They have given me 4 for the front and 4 for the back.

I thought that the big black rectangles (theres 8 of them on the front and none on the back) were the VGA RAM but the heat sinks are to small to cover them. Am I right in saying they are the VGA RAM and if so should the heat sink cover all of each chip.

Pics are below

Any advice would be great

That looks like 'em.

I don't think the hest sinks would need to cover the whole chip. Heat would be transferred from the hotter parts of the chip to the cooler heatsink.
