My monitor started playing up last week.

Over two years old, but it came with a three year warranty.

I rang on Friday, (the call was answered straight away) and a swap out was arranged for today. A further call from the repair agent this morning confirmed the hour within which the courier would arrive.

Courier duly arrived at the alloted time and I'm now back up and running with a replacement monitor identical to the original.

No fuss, no arguments, no drama, just professional efficient service.

Nice to hear stories like that. I tend to file away the thought that LG will be a good company to use the next time I'm in the market for something they make.

oresome cheers for the feedback! its always nice to know some of us compliment sometimes, i dont have any LG stuff but i will bear that in mind in the future!!!
