A few months ago, April to be exact, I bought a laptop from Watford E. I returned it for the second time in May because of a faulty keyboard and I have still not had it returned to me. WE keep coming up with excuses that the manufacturer is causing the delay but I'm not convinced.

I must admit that I feel like cancelling my order but I'm not sure how I stand legally.

Any help, suggestions would be appreciated.

surely if you threat them of this you may push it through, or get a replcaement!

Contact your local Trading Standards Office. Tell Watford your are doing this. It will not be the first time that TSO has heard of the activities of this company.

I have taken your advice and cancelled my order. I also copied in Trading Standards just in case.

We'll see if this has the desired effect.
