Check your bills after a high one last due to family emergency June checked last night and found she had already gone over by 4 mins. on the liast it said extra 1.43 but at the top of the bill said £11.43. When she contacted Vodaphone she was told it was for internet useage. Her phone is not capable of connecting to the internet. They have agreed to refund the sum and put a block but we have know demanded they go through the previous months bill as well.
I can't see this happenng to just one person
