Virgin are taking the -

I've just had my monthly Virgin bill put up to £40 when new users get everything I do for £30. I also see that the free phoneline for problems with broadband that Blueyonder ran now costs 25p a minute with a 10p connection charge. Outsourced to India at all, is it?

Don't moan about it, complain about like I have done click here

Ring them and threaten to leave unless they give you the deal.

Are they though?

They still have 150 and 151 numbers which are free.

I have called many times using the above numbers and have never been charged anything.

Harl A Quin,

I've been with Blueyonder broadband, for many years now and also take their phone and cable T.V.

As Kate B suggests, give them a phone and tell them you are taking your custom elsewhere, if you can't get a better package.

It works, as my good lady, has had our full package cost, decreased three times in the last two years.
