Unopened Software

Whilst having a clear out of our offices, I have found an unopened shrinkwrapped copy of XP Professional that we bought from DABS, but obviously never used. It is a pre SP1 version.
We do not need it. Does anyone know if we are able to get a refund for this? I've looked at DAB's site, but can find no mention of this situation.

Depends how long you have had it, but I seriously doubt you would have much luck. But, no harm in trying.

Doubt if any retailer never mind DABS would consider a refund after all this time. Try selling it on ebay.

Some places will exchange or give a refund, if the item is returned 'unopened and resalable' within a period of 7 to 14 days.

Thanks for the responses. I we don't have any luck with DABs, we will probably sell it to staff.
