TRENDnet on-line support

I have recently bought a TRENDnet KVM switch and had a couple of teething problems so I contacted their technical support. I have received an immediate, although automated, acknowledgment each time and a solution to the first problem the next day and the second problem the same day.

Considering how long I have waited, and in some cases still waiting, for a reply from other "support" departments, I think this is exceptionally good and deserves a mention.
