Tough USB pen drive

Have got a usb pen drive , but wot a delicate plastic bit of kit!Would love one which i could really fit on to the keyring with the car keys.
One with a 'cap' that would not get lost.

Does any one know of a make , which comes in a metal body .without a detachable cap, capacity NOT important, need not even be usb 2

Getting there, Aluminium body beats plastic, now only need one 'without' the cap which I could lose !!!

Am i asking too much?

Better a cap than damaging the drive.

You've got to insert the drive into a USB port so need a cap as a matter of course.

Getting even better, PQI USB Flying Drive looks very flimsey,Leadtek has not got a cap. good.

So , require a 'folding ' usb pen in Aluminium

Thinks ... am asking too much!

Does any one keep their 'pen' on a key ring (with for example the car keys) using every day?

Too posy to wear on strap around neck, have my street cred to protect!

"looks very flimsey"

I don't suppose this has something to do with not explaining why you have a gold ladybird on your keyring ?

If it's street cred your after click here not suitable for keyring, but incredibly small & cool, makes all others look positively huge.

Now where did I put it this time ?

click here for the SanDisk Titanium Cruzer. Comes with retractable head into crush resistant titanium case, even has a keyring chain.

Only "crush resistant"...:-)

I think you've undersold your pen drive's technology...:-))
