It's probably the only think Virgin i doing thats OK.
My internet speed has dropped to just below 56k dial up speed!
And i'm paying £18 a month for it!!!

I gotta say, I've been with Virgin for almost a year now, and not had an issue yet (Touching wood as I speak). I'm only on the 2Mb, but apart from slowing a bit at busy times, it's pretty constantand I've not had a single loss of service to anything.
The cable TV box freezes occasionally, and needs a reboot, but not a major issue.
I have the 4 for £40 bundle, which more than halved my previous bills, so I'm a happy customer thus far.

Well I pay £92 per month and my service is excellent. I usually get around 16 to 18 meg, though if I download big files during the day I get throttled to a "slow" 5 meg.
