Tiny - Over 28 days and no notification

I ordered the above notebook PC on 16th May 2005, no problem. It was a PC Advisor 'Gold Award' and, although it wasn't found on the web site, I called the hotline telephone number.

I was able to place the order, with a three year extended warranty, but without the free delivery option, sadly.

I haven't received the unit yet nor can I get through on the 01282 777 555 number as I waited for 40 minutes in the queue on three occasions, but I'm sure everything is alright, isn't it?

Yes, what a good idea for somebody from the company keeping an eye on postings so that they can be at the route of the discussions.

More companies should do this.

We've been here before with other firms. Let's hope that they do actually contact you.

Those in Daniel's position, are very vulnerable to being let down by those who think that customers are a useless pest and an interruption to their peaceful life sat in their office well away from those same troublesome customers.

This is the first time I have seen Daniel fail.

Try sending him another email at [email protected]

His last response was 20/07/05 saying that someone was going to contact you that day. It is now 5 days on from that. Daniel that is not good enough.
