Thankyou PCA

for allowing my middle mouse button to open up a new tab, not a new window.

This change is appreciated.

In Windows 7 a click on the middle button opens a bar in the middle of your screen, showing all your open applications as thumbnails. As you run your pointer over the bar each application will open in full screen mode, and close as you move the pointer on.

Hmmm, I wonder if once again I did not explain myself properly.

Until sometime recently, clickin on a link in a thread in the PCA forums always opened the link in a new window (which was quite annoying). Now, clicking a link opens the link in the same window & tab. Middle click opens it in a new tab.

Not sure when the change took place, but it's a definite improvement.

I would have thought that how your mouse reacts is a setting on your computer not a website.

ooh.. Never knew about the middle mouse button use.
I like it.
Thanks for opening my eyes. (O:!

The middle button has always opened a new tab for me. Same in other forums links.
Can't get the bar to open in the screen, though, in Win 7 as FE suggests.

... left mouse click on a link opens and activates a new tab in focus, middle mouse click on a link, opens a new tab, but retains focus on the original. It's an option, which is always nice.

No change took place at our end. Surely it's a browser/mouse related thing?
