just spoke to their tec guys as of yet they dont have in place away of transfering across yet it will be in place at the end of oct so i'm holding out till then

If I remember rightly - and I could well be wrong - Tesco acts as an ISP by using/rebranding Tiscali's facilities.

I understand NTL are doing a decent offer. 512kb for £20. £15 worth of phone calls free but you have to join their phone network. Only for BT lines. If you make lot of calls through your landline then it would work out dirt cheap.
