Tesco Broadband

Tesco Broadband might be cheaper than most ISPs but the quality of the service is extremely poor. The have supplied me with Speedtouch 330 ISDN modem and although the service was initially satisfactory it is now performing worse than my previous 56Kbps modem. Since my seech is impaired I have to send an email to the so-called "support" services. Replies are extremely slow "due to the popularity of tesco broadband we are receiving a very high number of emails", they say. I have tried to make contact by telephone but the messages appear to go India and they are very difficult to understand and even less are quite unable to understand me. Comments would be welcome.

Are you sure you got right stuff? broadband does not use ISDN.
