A few days ago I purchased a piece of software from Accountz.com. Unfortunately, through no fault of the company or the software, it was unsuitable. They had a refund policy and I took advantage of it expecting to wait two or three weeks for my refund. But no. The package was sent on yesterday and at 10:54 this morning I had confirmation from their credit card service that my card had been refunded, followed 5 minutes later by am email from Accountz.com saying that they had authorised a refund.
Bearing in mind the comments on here about refunds from some companies, all I say is this:
