I have a 3 year old Evesham, my second, and I have a great respect for the quality of their machines and efficient customer service. A technophobe friend recently came to me for help in spending £1200 on a new computer. It's a big responsibility but I decided to steer him to an Evesham. We configured it and ordered on line last Saturday evening. The confirmation e-mail said that they aimed to deliver within 9 working days from payment clearance. Payment was confirmed by e-mail on Tuesday morning. Wednesday afternoon he phoned me to say that the computer had just been delivered!
I've just been helping him to set it up and, so far, it is everything I expected. Early days yet of course but full marks for getting their finger out.
