Shipping to canada

Im from the ~UK and need to send a small parcel like chocolate or something to Canada. How would I do this? Thanks

Would it not be easier to find a supplier in Canada and order online for delivery in that country?

You need to be careful with milk products like chocolate. There used to be a ban on importing them into the USA. Not sure whether Canada also had the ban nor, if so, whether it is still in force.
