Hard to go wrong with Netgear

Speedtouch 585 (wireless modem/router) if considering up to 8 Meg.

Would have said Netgear myself previously but found some issues since upgrading.

I bought this ADSL modem router from e-Buyer about three months ago:

It cost me £24+ including delivery but is now much cheaper at £14.99 plus delivery - good for up to ADSLMax+2.

It's a rebadged Safecom model and hasn't missed a beat since being installed.

Netgear is the one for me very easy to set up .all it wants to know is
( 1 )your log in name with ISP
( 2 ) password with ISP
( 3 ) name of ISP

it then proceeds to get all the relevant information itself.
I have The netgear 834 model .firewall included and trend micro ( P-Cillin )Antivirus for 90 day trial.
