Registration problems at Mesh a Mess

Dear Forum Members


I wonder if any of you have experienced poor service from Mesh PC's ?
I have recently purchased a new PC form Mesh and since early August I have tried on innumerable occasions to "register" the PC at their website.
However, every time I try to register the PC I receive error messages.
But to add insult to injury their "Technical Services" department are unhelpful and never bother to return emails or telephone calls.

Has any one else experienced these unecessary problems?

I have been waiting a reply via Mesh suport e-mail since last Friday.
I have tried to use it in the past without any joy.

It does seem like a waste of time so if I was you I would not bother to register.

What a surprise!

I just gave up in the end and sought support from anywhere else I could find it - like here. Much more fruitful, friendly and helpful.

In my experience the support/customer services side of MESH is just so disorganised.

Maybe they persist with the same arrangements to 'encourage' their customers to do just what I did.....?
