I am considering buying Xitel Inport to copy all my albums on to my PC & then Mp3 the files. Has anyone used this product ? is it any good?

How much does it cost ?

MusicMatch does it admirably - straight to mp3 without an intermediate .wav conversion - and only costs $19 at last look on click here

and you get the player and library features as well as a host of tother things.

I'd recommend Audio Cleaning Lab, not only does it do what it says - being a keyboard player I can transfer midi files from the keyboard to the hard drive, clean the sound up if necessary and then burn them to CD. Atruly great product at a very reasonable price (£19.99)
